This can be done in Flip and Rayman. In flip obviously its 8 repeating +5's. In rayman, the correct person has to get +4'd and not challenge, and the remaining deck has to have 4 or less cards so they re-draw the last played +4. The next person plays the copy to +4, the next 4 plays are stacking them up to +20, followed by the rayman defense that doubles it to +40 and sends it back.
