The new UNO Wild Jackpot offers a way for UNO fans ages 7 and up to customize their game and play a different way each time. It still plays like original UNO but with players creating custom rule cards that go inside the Wild Jackpot unit. If you play a Jackpot card, pull the unit’s lever so that a symbol will appear on the front. The symbol determines whether you draw cards, discard cards, or press the unit’s button to dispense a custom rule card that you or another player must follow. UNO fans have hit the jackpot with this all-new way to play the classic card game. In UNO Wild Jackpot, you’re still trying to get rid of all your cards first, but the game uses a Wild Jackpot unit that looks like a casino slot machine. Inside the machine are custom rule cards on which each player has written a different rule. The rules can be simple, such as take two cards from the player with the most cards, or crazy, such as cluck like a chicken. The custom rule cards are erasable so that you can make up new rules each time you play. Any time you play a Jackpot card, you must pull the Wild Jackpot lever and wait to see what symbol will appear. You might get to discard cards, draw four cards, or press the button on the front of the machine to dispense a custom rule card that either you or another player must follow.

The rest of the game plays like regular UNO, with players taking turns discarding a card from their hands that matches the top card on the discard pile by number, color, or symbol. If you don’t have a matching card to play, you must draw a card from the draw pile. When you get down to only one card in your hand, yell “UNO!”, and once you have no cards left, the round is over. You score points for all the cards left in your opponents’ hands. Keep playing rounds until one player reaches 500 points and is declared the winner.

The game includes 116 cards, two markers, a Wild Jackpot unit with storage for the markers, and instructions.
