UNO Attack! is an electronic version of the classic card game. The object of the game is to be the first player to score 500 points. If you get rid of all your cards first, then you score points for the cards left in your opponents’ hands. To play, each player gets seven cards. One card remains out of the launcher to start the discard pile, and all the other cards are loaded into the launcher. Then, take turns matching a card from your hand to the card on top of the discard pile either by color, number, or symbol. If you don’t have a card that matches, you must press the button on the launcher. If nothing happens, play moves to the next player. But if cards shoot out, you must add these cards to your hand.
When you have one card left, you must yell “Uno!” before playing your next to last card. If you don’t, you have to hit the launcher button twice. Once a player is out of cards, the hand is over and points are totaled. Play more rounds until someone reaches 500 points.
UNO Attack! features some familiar special cards, such as Wild, Reverse, and Skip, but new cards include Discard All, which lets the player discard all the cards in his hand that match the color of the top discard pile card; Hit 2, which makes the next player hit the launcher button twice; and Wild Attack-Attack, which allows the player to change the color and choose another player to press the launcher button twice.
The game comes with 112 cards, a card launcher, and instructions. It’s for two to 10 players.

I like the old version better. You could put the card on top of the machine. In this one even in the video, you have to stand beside each other to play on draw pile. It's ackward to to play sitting around table.
