Those 50 cards aren't blank cards. Those are the "Wild 50/50" cards. When you play that card, you choose ANY 2 players (doesn't have to be the ones next to you) and you choose 1 to be Heads (UNO) and 1 to be Tails (50).You actually use that gold coin in-game for the 50/50 card. Then you'll flip the coin. Let's say it lands on Heads, and so the Tails person has to draw 4 cards. This card also acts as a Wild, so you choose the next color.
