Apparently this deck comes with one “special rule”: “Force other players to draw one card with the “Victory Lap” rule! And don’t go so fast you forget to yell “UNO!” when you’re down to one card!”
Kinda weird they only included Vector and none of the rest of the Chaotix… why not put them all on one card then? XD
