RULES:

All the rules in regular uno are followed except for these changes. For a refresher of those rules check out this video. The object of the game is to be the first player to score 500 points. The object of each round is to get rid of all the cards in your hand. Layout the wheel reference cards and place the wheel in the center of the table. Pick a dealer who shuffles the deck then deals 7 cards to each player. Place the remainder of desk face down to the side of the arrow to form the draw deck and discard the top card to the other side, forming a discard pile.

If a number card features a swirling pattern, this is called a spin card. 5 cards of each color, numbered 1 through 5 are spin cards. You may play a spin card like you would a normal number card, however, after a spin card is played, the next player must spin the wheel. Spinning the wheel takes the place of that player’s turn.

When you spin the wheel, you must take the action as indicated by the arrow when the wheel stops. Those actions for the spinner to take are as follows:
Almost uno – They discard all but 2 cards in their hand.
Discard number – They pick a number and discard as many cards in their hand that match that number as they desire.
Discard Color – They choose a color and discard as many cards in their hand that match that color as they desire.
Draw red – they draw until they pick up a red or wild card and keep all the drawn cards.
Draw blue – the same as draw red except for blue cards.
Show hand – They show their hand to all the players, giving them an opportunity to see it before play resumes.
Trade hands – All the players trade hands, passing their hand to the player to their left. IF a player receives a hand with only 1 card they must yell uno or the 2 card penalty applies.
War – Each player selects the highest number card of any color in their hand. The player with the highest number discards that card and the others return their cards to their hand. If there is a tie, then the tied players show their 2nd highest number, and so on until there is a victor. The victor discards all the cards used in the war then play continues to the next player from the winner of the war in the current direction of play.
Uno spin – All the player rush to yell “uno spin”. The first player to do so gets to discard any 1 card of their choice from their hand. Play then continues to the next player from the winner of the uno spin in the current direction of play.

If the wheel causes you to discard multiple cards, you get to decide which of your cards is placed on the top of the discard pile, affecting the next players turn by changing the color or number or symbol. Following all of the other normal rules for uno, including scoring, the first player to reach 500 or more points is the winner.
